In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 The 2gbet Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
2.2 By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.3 It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the 2gbet Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, province, city, and personal circumstances. 2gbet makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players based in Pakistan must independently assess and comply with all applicable local laws before registering or depositing.
2.4 2gbet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
3.1 To use 2gbet services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, email address, date of birth, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one Account on the 2gbet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 2gbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your username and password. Any activity carried out under your Account login will be deemed to be carried out by you.
3.4 You must notify 2gbet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
4.1 2gbet is required to conduct identity and age verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued use of the Platform.
4.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a passport, a bank statement, or a utility bill issued within the previous three months. 2gbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
4.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities. Persistent non-compliance may result in Account closure.
4.4 All personal data collected for KYC purposes will be processed in accordance with the 2gbet Privacy Policy.
5.1 All transactions on the 2gbet Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 2gbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 2gbet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
5.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 2gbet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to verification requirements.
5.5 2gbet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa) may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
5.6 2gbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited where deposit volumes or patterns indicate a need for enhanced due diligence.
6.1 All bets placed on 2gbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the 2gbet sports book rules take precedence.
6.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to availability. 2gbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet without providing a reason.
6.3 In-play bets are subject to delays in acceptance to mitigate against late betting. The confirmation of an in-play bet does not guarantee that the outcome had not already been determined at the time of placement — 2gbet applies industry-standard in-play bet delay protocols.
6.4 Bets placed on events that are abandoned, postponed, or subject to significant changes in conditions may be voided at 2gbet's discretion in accordance with applicable event rules.
6.5 Manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error may be corrected and affected bets may be voided or settled at the corrected price. 2gbet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users.
7.1 Casino games, live dealer games, slot games, Color Prediction rounds, and Money Wheel games available on 2gbet are governed by the rules specific to each game title, which are accessible within the game interface.
7.2 All random number generator (RNG) based games operated on 2gbet use certified RNG systems that have been tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game results are determined entirely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by 2gbet or by the User.
7.3 Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own regulatory licences. The rules of each live game are displayed at the table prior to the start of each round.
7.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, 2gbet's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. The round will be resolved according to the recorded state, and any winnings due will be credited to your Account accordingly.
8.1 From time to time, 2gbet may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
8.2 Bonuses are credited to your Account for the purpose of betting and gaming activity and may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
8.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, wagering manipulation, or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements — is a prohibited activity under Section 9 and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
8.4 2gbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2gbet Platform:
2gbet reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches, void bets, withhold funds pending investigation, and permanently close Accounts found to be in violation of this section.
10.1 All content on the 2gbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 2gbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 2gbet content without prior written consent from 2gbet.
10.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.1 Your use of 2gbet involves the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. 2gbet's practices regarding personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and communication.
12.1 2gbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide account-level tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings and are designed to help you maintain control over your gaming activity.
12.2 Self-exclusion is a permanent or time-bound restriction on access to the 2gbet Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to access your Account or register a new Account. 13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2gbet's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 2gbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 2gbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 2gbet does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary unavailability, for which 2gbet shall not be liable.
14.1 2gbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where 2gbet has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
14.2 Upon termination of your Account, any verified balance remaining after deduction of pending wagers and any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 2gbet support. Closing your Account does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of registration. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent they cannot be excluded by contract.
